UW School of Dentistry Patient Care

Please select the type of patient care you are interested in:

• Faculty Practice Care

  If you are interested in receiving care from one of our faculty dentists, private dental care is provided in our faculty clinics. The fees are similar to those of private dentists in the community.

• Comprehensive Care

  Long-term dental services are performed by dental students under the direct supervision of experienced dentists who are faculty members of the School of Dentistry.

• Specialty Care

  Specialty care dental services are performed by graduate students under the direct supervision of experienced dentists who are faculty members of the School of Dentistry. Click here for information about the UW DECOD clinic (Dental Education in the Care of Persons with Disabilities)

• Urgent Care

  If you are experiencing pain and discomfort or feel you need immediate care, call the School's Emergency Clinic at (206) 543-5850. Urgent Service is open to everyone for a modest fee.

Each department has individual requirements regarding acceptance for care. In some cases you may need x-rays and a referral from your private dentist. For additional information, please contact the department directly:
