Recordkeeping

A. Record Retention

The University of Washington will maintain the following records for its employees and students for the duration indicated:

B. Access to Employee Records

Employees are entitled to review and obtain copies of his/her own medical record and training during normal business hours. The medical record shall be confidential and managed in accordance with Washington state law. OSHA (WISHA) can seek access through a written access order and the employee will be notified of such an order.
