Accounts may be established directly at any computer lab terminal on campus. Before beginning your computer sessions, at the first prompt on the computer screen, type: NEW and the computer will ask you to enter your student identification number and your last name. TO used the PC's and the University's software, you must present your Student Identification Card. If you have questions regarding the types of hardware or software available at the Health Sciences Computer Lab, please call the lab at 543-1784.

Prox Cards

Once you receive the replacement copy, you can make a credit card or check payment. The check can be made out to "University of Washington". The photo ID's can be replaced at no extra cost.

Student Lounge

The Dental Student Lounge is located in C-213. This area may be used by students at any time. The student mailboxes are located in the foyer to the lounge and there are off-campus telephones, a refrigerator, microwave, foosball table, couches and comfortable reading chairs for your use. The students are responsible for this area and thus must take responsibility for keeping it clean. Permission for the use of the lounge by groups other than students must be obtained from the Student Council President.
