Banquet Permit Request

By University of Washington policy, it is a requirement to attain a banquet permit if alcoholic beverages are served at University facilities. Please read the University of Washington Policy on serving alcoholic beverages on campus.

To attain a banquet permit, alert the Student Services office at least three weeks prior to the event with the following information about the event: date, time, event name, estimated attendance and location.

Event Coordination

To schedule an event, please contact Lia Brawner in Student Services at least two weeks prior to the scheduled event. We will need to find an available room for your scheduled time through Classroom Services. This can take up to 1 day to a week to find out if we are able to find a room for your desired specifications.
